Our Fit Life Chose To Prevent Plantar Fasciitis
I recently started a new challenge which requires me to be active for 75 days. Some of you may have heard of the 75 days head challenge.
Here are the Rules :
2 X 45 mins daily, one has to be outside.
No junk food, no alcohol
Read 10 pages of a self developing book daily
Drink 2 litres of water daily
Take a progress picture daily
Week 1 into my challenge I started experiencing pains under my foot. Which was very unpleasant and uncomfortable to say the least. After seeking consultation I was recommended to use insoles. Ever since doing so I am now back on track and 38 days into the challenge.
The insoles provides additional cushioning which also absorbs impact to the feet. Any knee pains are alleviated which also one of the symptoms I personally experienced. I would recommend buying insoles which matches your foot size.
